On Sunday February 20th 2022 at Obi Uruagu Royal Palace, Nnewi North LGA, Hon Prince Mbazulike Iloka (Mbamba) decamped from YPP and returned back to APGA in grand style. He received a grandeur welcome from the National Chairman of APGA, Ozonkpu Victor Oye who was represented by the State Chairman of APGA, Sir Norbert Obi (Ugobueze).
Hon. Prince Mbazulike Iloka in his opening remark revealed he came into APGA in the year 2006. According to him, his decision to return back to APGA was a wise move not because APGA is the ruling party in the state but for the sake of APGA being his true home. He was a strong force during his stay in YPP but felt the time is ripe to return back home with his political structure which spells doom for YPP. He boldly proclaimed in the forthcoming 2023 General Election, APGA will emerge victorious in Anambra South Senatorial Zone.
Important personalities present were Ogbueshi Tony Eboka (APGA National Deputy Chairman, South-South), Hon Chief Chinedu Obidigwe (Akaoma Jide Aku, Member Representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency) who was ably represented by Hon Patrick Obalim Udoba (Ezego Anam, Member Representing Anambra West in State House of Assembly), Hon Emma Nwafor (Ntu Japan, Member Representing Orumba South in State House of Assembly), Barr.
