Dara Mbazulike Amaechi, an Elder Statesman and Nigeria’s first Republic Aviation Minister, passed away at the wee hours of today, November 1st 2022 at the age of 93.
Describing him as a Patriot, Nationalist and Zikist who served the country diligently, Prof Soludo said he lived an impactful life worthy of emulation.
While commiserating with the family of the deceased on behalf of Anambra State, he decried his death as a loss to his community Ukpor, Nnewi South, Ndigbo and Nigeria in general.
May the Lord Almighty grant the family of Late Mbazulike, the fortitude to bear the loss and repose to his soul.
